About Me

Background

 Aloha! I’m Sarah — an integrative health practitioner, wellness coach, and holistic fitness professional dedicated to helping individuals achieve balanced, whole-body health.

My journey in the wellness field began at the University of Hawai‘i, where I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2014. With a passion for mind–body wellness, I continued my education through a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, earned my NASM Certified Personal Trainer credential, and later completed massage therapy training in San Diego.

Today, I am expanding my expertise even further as I complete my Master’s Degree in Integrative Nutrition and Herbal Medicine, deepening my knowledge in nutrition, herbal support, lifestyle medicine, and holistic healing.

I believe optimal health is achieved through a comprehensive, integrative approach that addresses the body, mind, and environment together. By blending nutrition coaching, personalized fitness programs, mindfulness practices, and lifestyle interventions, I help clients create sustainable habits that lead to long-term wellbeing.

My mission is to support every client in living a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life through personalized, science-informed, and holistic wellness strategies.

My Approach

 Through my fitness coaching and nutrition coaching, I meet each client exactly where they are—offering compassion, understanding, and genuine enthusiasm as they begin their wellness journey. My approach is rooted in holistic health, combining personalized exercise programs, active recovery strategies, evidence-based nutrition guidance, and mindfulness practices. By integrating these essential elements, I help clients build sustainable habits, improve overall wellbeing, and confidently achieve their health and fitness goals.
